Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. Monitoring continues, but new sends are paused until you upgrade or the month resets.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is free forever — no trial needed. For Starter and Pro, you can try them risk-free with our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Do you support other email providers besides AWS SES?
Currently, MailPulse is built specifically for AWS SES. We chose to focus on one provider and do it exceptionally well. Support for other providers is on our roadmap.
How does the email verification work?
We check email format, DNS MX records, detect disposable domains (100+ known), and flag free email providers. This helps you clean your list before sending.
Can I cancel anytime?
